Thank you so much for helping me with this. I appreciate it more than you know. I am the oldest of eleven kids, and my middle name is Anne, named after Aunt Anne. My mom was the youngest sister to Aunt Anne so this means a great deal to us. Please take a picture of the headstone with the marker in place so I can show mom. Aunt Anne served in the army for twenty years at a time when women were not widely accepted there. Not only did she earn her place in the army but also the respect all who served with her. That is why getting this marker in place is so important to me.
