Dear Mr. Keith,

On behalf of all my family, I want to thank you and everyone at Keith Monument Co. for the beautiful gravestone that was crafted in memory of our parents. I know you were probably working with several other customers, as well as us over the past several months, but we always felt as though we had your individual attention. Thank you for your patience with our often indecisiveness and ignorance in this process, since we were rookies at it. Your expertise and personal attention in all areas was greatly appreciated. We feel this process was another step in our journey of healing from the loss of these two wonderful parents. May God continue to bless each of you as you service the needs of others in our community.
