I want you to know how grateful I am for the way you dealt with me in having an appropriate, wonderful, beautiful, perfect gravestone set in Evergreen cemetery for my wife, my son, and myself.  You were very, very helpful from the beginning in helping me with both the selection and design of the three person memorial.  When a problem developed, you took care of it in a timely manner.  Stephen, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.  I am so, so thankful.
